Returns Eligible for Refund
- New, unused item(s) in original product packaging (Please do not modify or assemble the product in any way).
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Returns – Email us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery the reason for returning your purchase for a refund. Photographs are helpful and are welcome.
- Mail new, unused item(s) in original product packaging to: 9710 Traville Gateway Drive, STE 321, Rockville, MD 20850, USA. Items must be received within 14 days of delivery to your address.
- Purchased at a discount or Clearance items
- Personalized (customized / monogrammed) items
- Modified or assembled items
- Gift certificates or cards
- Items marked non-returnable on product page at time of purchase
Clearance items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. The sale and purchase of items at a discount or on clearance are final and we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective on receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged or defective item(s) received on delivery in original product packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of damaged or defective items with your exchange request. Please provide the specific reason for your request. Photographs are helpful and are welcome.
- A determination will be made on the eligibility for exchange.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unused undamaged item(s).
- If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Note: If the return did not meet the eligibility criteria, you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return the item back to you based on your shipping preference.
Additional Details (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When a refund is issued and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the time frame to issue credit may vary by card merchant.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable time frame, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as applicable. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within a reasonable time frame, please contact us at email@example.com.
Gifts (if applicable)
We do not refund purchases sent and received as gifts. However, if the gift is damaged or defective on delivery, please follow the procedure for exchanges if applicable including provision of receipt or proof of purchase.
